South African Shaun Pollock became the fourth player in Limited Overs Internationals to complete the all-round double of 2000 runs and 250 wickets.

Pollock reached this milestone during the second match against the West Indies at Port Elizabeth and joined the ranks of India's Kapil Dev, Pakistan's Wasim Akram and Sri Lanka's Sanath Jayasuriya.

Pollock also became the fastest to achieve this landmark taking only 205 matches to do so. Incidentally Pollock still remains the fastest to complete the allround double of 1000 runs and 100 wickets.
