AP draw with Kerala

Hosts Andhra Pradesh collected two points by virtue of their 104-run first innings lead on the final day of their Elite Group 'A' Ranji Trophy match against Kerala which ended in a draw at Vijayawada on Wednesday.

Andhra bowlers G Shankar Rao, 4 wickets for 54, and Shabuddin, 4 for 94, restricted Kerala to 354 in their first innings. Kerala had resumed at their overnight score of 210 for three.

The highlight of Kerala's innings was a well-made 94 by middle-order batsman C Hemanth Kumar.

 Earlier, the hosts had declared their first innings at 458 for seven.
