Your message:every player has some favourite team,country etc against whom they play extremely well.take vvs laxman his avg against australia is awesome.or take andy flower's performance against india,so good.now don bradman played bulk of his cricket against a attack (english team)which he liked like laxan do australia.if you look at laxman's avg against assuie,or tendulkar's avg against england the difference between don & them look very less.to play against 9,10 different attack in all sorts of conditions & till keep a good avg in a computerised world,with 100 times better fielding from opposition is n't a joke.wish don had played against india in india.with all respect to him,it was more than sure he would have failed to score in this mamoth way like any outside batsman(take gilcrist,lara).so many greats have failed,coz it's n't that easy.one should n't forget this crucial test of talent i.e to play india in indian track.by no means don could have a avg more than 75 in todays cricket.look his record against westindies (77 around)that show a little different quality attack apart from well familiar,common english attack would have pushed his avg down.here lies tendulkar's greatness.don is still better than him in terms of playing long innings but sachin is very close to him & perhaps deserves to be the second after don in all time list of best cricketer. wish him all the best.
