Wish Sourav Ganguly

Six years ago, Sourav Chandidas Ganguly made a comeback to the Indian team after a disappointing one-day debut in Australia. With a hundred in his debut Test at Lord's, a feat accomplished only thrice in the history of the game, he burst on to the cricketing arena as one of its most gifted players.

The Prince of Kolkata, as Sir Geoffrey Boycott loves to call him, now returns to the arena where it all began for him, this time as the skipper of a young team, quietly confident of winning.

The Indian captain celebrates his 30th birthday on July 8. Let's wish him on the occasion.
