| Slavery Case: Man Faces 45 Years In Prison
The jury found Nur Alamin, 40, guilty of one count of conspiracy and two counts each of involuntary servitude and harboring an illegal immigrant. His wife, Rabiya Akhter, had pleaded guilty several weeks ago to one count of harboring an undocumented person. Akhter faces a maximum of 10 years in prison. Alamin faces up to 45 years in prison.
