India among top exporters of services, merchandise

Merchandise exports, led by Asia, rose by 19 per cent last year to $18.2 trillion. But according to the WTO, trade is decelerating: in the first quarter of this year services exports rose by only three per cent on a year earlier; China's exports were down by four per cent, according to The Economist.
