Among the top 10 fastest-growing airports, five are from China. Take a look at the world's fastest growing airports, according to The Economic Times.

Passengers in 2011: 19.1 million
Rise in traffic since 2006: 137%

The Chongqing airport was awarded second place in the 'Best Airport in the 15 - 25 Million Passenger Size' category by Airports Council International.

It also received the award for best improvement in Asia Pacific.
