The building's shape is in the form of a greeting 'Namaste' as two wings of the hotel are held together like folded hands.

The tower plans to cater to Indian weddings. The design on the exterior represents the mehendi (henna) patterns, usually seen on a bride's hand.

The space between the wings is designed for a corridor. At the end of the corridor an open atria will offer hotel guests great views of the city.

The building will also have internal gardens.
