Detroit turns into a miserable city

It's a doom in Detroit with the state declaring a financial emergency. With the downfall of the American auto industry, a prosperous Detroit has lost its glory.
The city's General Fund had a deficit of more than $250 million. Detroit's 2012 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report notes that the city has $644 million in unfunded pension obligations. A large number of factories have shut down and the city has lost around 60 per cent of its population.
