Palace on Wheels

The 4-twin bedded chambers have channel music, intercom, attached toilets, shower, wall-to-wall carpeting and other amenities.

The furniture with its inlaid motifs has been specially created for the Palace on Wheels. The train has two restaurants with a Rajasthani ambience serving Continental, Chinese, India and Rajasthani cuisines.

The 14 luxury cabins housed within the Royal Rajasthan on Wheels have been named after erstwhile royal palaces of Rajasthan.

Categorized into Deluxe and Super Deluxe saloons, these cabins come equipped with amenities such as Wi-Fi internet, Satellite TV, channel music system. There are 2 dining cars in Royal Rajasthan on Wheels which are named Swarn Mahal and Sheesh Mahal.

Fairy Queen

One of world's oldest locomotives, Fairy Queen started its first journey in 1855. It stopped services in 1908.

In 1997 it restarted its journey as a heritage train, taking passengers from Delhi station to Alwar.

A bus is hired from Alwar for sightseeing various forts, lakes and the Sariska Wildlife Sacntuary.
