American carmaker Ford launched a new version of its sedan Fiesta on Wednesday. This is the first of the eight new global vehicles that the company plans to introduce in India by 2015.

Ford's existing Fiesta series model Fiesta Classic, along with Figo have fetched quite encouraging sales for Ford.

"Ford is not backing away from its commitment to the Indian market.
