Hyundai launches Xcent sedan at an unbelievable price
Hyundai has launched the Xcent at shocker prices of Rs 466,000, giving itself a trump-card in the compact sedan segment composed of the Maruti Swift Dzire (currently segment king) and Honda Amaze.
All dealers have started accepting bookings for the car.

Essentially, the Xcent is the sedan version of the Grand i10. To benefit from the Indian small car excise duty, the Xcent measures under-4-meter in length.
The car is available in three trim levels - Base, S and SX - in all of six colours.

Hyundai launches Xcent sedan at an unbelievable price
The petrol engine powering the car is the same 1.2-litre four-cylinder engine producing 83 PS @ 6,000 RPM and 11.6 kgm of torque @ 4,000 RPM.
It comes matched to a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic gearbox (optional on the S and SX variants), with a mileage of 19.1 kmpl for the manual transmission variant.

The diesel Xcent is powered by the 1.1-litre three-cylinder engine producing 72 PS @ 4,000 RPM and 18.4 kgm of torque @ 1,750 – 2,500 RPM.
