Car company upset with Ferrari Ki Sawari

June 12, 2012 18:12 IST

FerrariA scene in upcoming film Ferrari Ki Sawari showing the coveted four-wheeler being pulled by a bullock cart has apparently irked bosses at the sports car manufacturing company.

While those who have watched the film are laughing at the sequence of a bullock cart towing a Ferrari, the car company's headquarters are not happy with it, sources said.

The top bosses at Ferrari have asked for a screening, but production house Vinod Chopra films are yet to show the film to them.

"Vinod Chopra Films are in touch with the Ferrari office in India and their head quarters and we don't know the details. As of now there is no screening arranged for them," said a spokesperson of the production house.

The film, directed by debutante Rajesh Mapuskar and starring Boman Irani and Sharman Joshi, is set to release this Friday.
