Sinha to size up market mood on whistle-stop Bombay tour today

Union Finance Minister Yashwant Sinha will hold day-long discussions with representatives of industry associations and investor groups in Bombay on Saturday.

Sinha will inaugurate a seminar on resurgence of the capital market being organised by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry at Taj Hotel. Captains of the industry will attend the seminar.

In the afternoon, Sinha will inaugurate a Website at the Maharashtra Bharatiya Janata Party office, where he would later meet various investor groups, industry associations and representatives of small investors.

The finance minister will later leave for Thane where he would address the silver jubilee celebrations of Thane Small Scale Industries Association.
